The Yak
So much cool stuff, too much infact it makes me feel faint. Good to see how far Rogal has come on. As others have said FW will have a real job designing a miniature that cool. Is it actually Rogal Dorn? Just shrunk abit? Angron will be even angrier when he stands next to him. I knew that when I saw the Angron model there was something I was not too sure about. Its those chicken legs of his. Next to Rogal he looks like a ballet dancer (ok a crazy blood drenched one). Cant wait to see the rest of your stuff painted up. Great work Cheers

the damned artificer
Man that Angron is absolutely awesome!!!!! I'm dreading those fine chains in the cloak when I get around to mine...... cheers, Jono They're not that hard to do actually, I just used a steel colour and a light wash of black wash followed by a brown one on selected spots

the damned artificer
Fantastic Agron mate ! Especially the gold of his armour. How did you do it ? The Typhon Siege Tank is awesome as well. Cheers Thanks man, I can strongly recommend both models to everyone  The gold was a very organic process where I laid a good foundation of airbrush work and then improved upon it with around 10-20 stages of shading/colour tinting with washes (mainly sepia, brown and green) and highlighting till I got a result I was happy with, it's hard to go into any more detail than that. Breathtaking! When they get around to doing Russ, I just might have to commission you to do one for me... Thanks mate, and feel free to contact me about that in a few years when you are blessed with a FW release of your Primarch :)
batu
What were the colors that you have used then ? Vallejo real metalics or the Vallejo model air range ?
the damned artificer
The metallics used are VMC brass and VMC old gold as far as I remember (sadly I didn't write it down) then VMA brass for highlights. I used the old GW gryphonne sepia and their green wash, and then Vallejo's umber wash (similar to the old devlan mud)
