Thanks space wolf you've always been great at helping setting the bar in trying to excel. Looking forward to seeing more on your Nightlords.

Started shaping the lower legs and forming the armor. Once it's done and smoothed ill start adding details and such. It's a long process but worth it I think. And some pics...

To me, I think the DP should be leaning forward a little more (atleast in the upper body) in a 'Roaring' sort of stance, arms splayed out to go with the roar, right arm holding the torn off right arm of the Dread. Sort of a 'See what i just did. Rawr' but much more..Unf to it xD

Anyways thats just IMO.

Great work though! Keep it up! Cant wait to see it continue to grow!

work is going slow. starting with the left leg like I have I'm doing the rough size and shave to shape method. I'm thinking I may have to slice the thigh along with the shin and add a spacer as both are looking shorter then the right leg which has me alittle bothered. I'll wait to do the slicing till both legs have been roughly shaped.hopefully left leg will be shaped tonight and the right leg will be shaped by the morning. the things we think of while at work when we cant work on what we have going on in our heads..... once the lower half is done I should be able to alter the upper torso's lean forward or back accordingly.

Marine will be added still not sure if impaled on fingers or being crushed like a coke can. We'll see how it goes... I almost happy with the left leg minus some sanding and shaping for hard edges. Currently it's curing so right leg will be worked next. The tabard isn't glued on just seeing how it would look along with the chai mail kilt planned and trophies... Pics!!

Okay basic legwork is almost finished. Would be cured so I can sand and finalize the lower half tonight. Resculpting the detail to the hand holding the dead marine is coming along pretty quick. Hope to get the torso caught up to the legs tonight. Still lots to do. Here's the newest pics....

Not happy that more isn't done I've scraped the legs three times on Knightmare as not happy with how they were going. Just need to buckle down and get all three finished. Don't wanna rush the painting.

Slight distraction. Final got notice that I had a house instead of an apartment. With this here is the beginning of my new hobby area.
