deaglesuk Posted January 4, 2009 Share Posted January 4, 2009 Hi folks. I'm still very new to the hobby and am working on building up my very first army. I've chosen a 50 / 50 split of Khorne and Nurgle to be my force using mainly cult troops with a HQ for each half of my army. My Khorne HQ is in termi armor with a demon wpn (i know not great but i like it) and he needs a squad of termi's to hang around with. After pulling out all my models I discover I've managed to get hold of 15 Termi models (plus my Khorne HQ and a Sorc in termi armor) but i have 3 without a left arm (ranged wpn) yet and I have no clue what I should give them. The fully built models I currently have are 5 x AoBR Termi's (4 x power Fist 1 x PW) which I'd rather not use 2 x Duel LC 3 Combi Melta (1 with Chain Fist) 1 x Heavy Flamer (with Power Wpn) 1 x TL Bolter (with Chain Fist) The 3 I have to decide on a ranged wpn for have 2 x Power Wpn's and 1 Chain Fist The wpn's I have to choose from are 2 x Reaper Auto Canons 1 x Heavy Flamer 2 x Flamers 3 x TL Bolters Now my 2 questions are 1. What do I give those 3 models out of the wpn's I have left over? 2. Which guys do I run with the Khorne lord (unit will have MoK for fluff) and which do I run as Nurgle (painted at least, might not have Mark) in my army? I've decided to paint up 3 very small units that I can pick between to field each game. 1st Unit (3 + Lord) Lord in Termi armer with Demon wpn, Combi Melta and MoK 2 x Duel LCs 1 x Chain Fist, MoK (all 3 with Champ upgrade) Expensive I know but HITTY! :D 2nd Unit (3) 2 x Meltas 1 x Melta, Chain Fist 3rd Unit (4) 1 x Chain Fist 1 x Heavy Flamer 1 x Reaper Autocannon 1 x Standard load Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
