I am writing the history of the army but basically the army is founded on a few of the blood brothers that escaped when the Sanguinary High Priests were attempting to fix the mutation in the BA Gene seed. The blood brothers that escaped were super strong and super fast but hungered for blood and flesh. These brothers eventually discovered the dark arts of necromancy on a backwater primitive (dark age era) planet called Sylvania. After much Excavation they discovered a Space Marine Battle barge filled with the bodies of the emperor's finest decaying and withering away. Using their new found dark knowledge they raised an army of undead Space Marines. I have much writing to complete and ideas to flesh out but this thread is for posting pics so let's get down to business... The Land Speeders are VDR Transports for Apocalypse Games, and they double as Land Speeders in Standard Missions. Bigger-than-Jesus Posted April 4, 2009 Share Posted April 4, 2009 I love the concept, yet some things let it down a bit. First-your paint looks a little thick, and second-the use of skeleton legs mess with the proportions of the mini and just look wrong. Also the use of names like Blood dragons and Sylvania just seem taken straight out of Fantasy. On reflection I sound really negative with this where I don't want to be. Â TerminatorinHell, the "red devil chick" is from Hasslefree Miniatures, and the Cyborg Chicks are from Urban Mammoth's Syntha line. I am actually working on pre production for a film that will hopefully include the rights to Urban Mammoth's wargaming miniatures. I love their work, I love Hasslefree's work as well.
