AoBR dread goes chaos

Recommended Posts

A dreadnought for my son's Black Primer Legion, sorry, I mean Iron Warriors. It's based on AoBR dread, and the painting and converting is by me. The converting is pretty straightforward, I mainly just glued some chaos bits on him and cut off all loyalist markings. The banding is 0,25 mm plasticard and cuttings from 0,5 mm plastic rod for rivets.

Nice work on your son's dread. I really like the banding you worked in there. It's one thing I wish I did on my own chaos conversion after looking at yours. Any other conversions you've made from that set?

Thanks, guys!

Not on the power armored minis, my sons split them between them - IW traitors or Salamanders. Every filthy xeno got converted, though.. :)

Edit: I did paint one Salamander terminator for my other son, he liked it even though it's a bit dark for a Sallie and has bone decorations instead of gold. I tried some NMM on him - really dark steel, allmost black metal :D
