Shrinking it has obviously given you the oppurtunity for a decent dynamic pose, while the GW blaster would limit how you could pose the marine. I've got a few chaos terminators and some more berzerkers still to do but your work has definetly inspired me to do some Noise Marines sometime in the future. These conversions are not for beginners, looking at how exact you cut out the parts you put together for this. The paint comes along very well too. Only one crit you should cut off the tips of the fingers and thumb on left hand of the noise marines holding the sonic blasters with two hands, and resculpt them so they are bending over, just to make them a little more realistic looking.
