Scathainn Posted March 26, 2010 Share Posted March 26, 2010 I, Scathainn of the Iron Hands (* ADEPTUS MECHANICUS *), vow on the honour of my Chapter to paint and present at least 1 Terminator-Armored Iron-Father on or before the 31st of March, 2010. I promise to provide at least two WIP updates, preferably with pictures, in that time. I vow that if I should fail, I will provide the Librarium with an article and wear the Signature of Shame until my penitence period is done. Anyway, on to buisness. I start with some minor sculpting; I took the metal Terminator Captain, axed the sword for a storm bolter, axed the storm bolter for a Thunder Hammer, and added a Servo-arm on his back from an old techmarine. Whew! I then added some black primer. sword brethren Posted March 29, 2010 Share Posted March 29, 2010 looking great so far <_< the only thing that strikes me as odd is the lack of bionics. for an iron hand bionics is like cat nip for cats. i understand you may not be keen to change it now and that fine but just one arm of bionics can make a huge difference to the feel of an iron hand. feel free to ignore my ramblings :huh: the painting is going great, keep up the good work, im looking forward to more updates! Scathainn Posted March 29, 2010 Author Share Posted March 29, 2010 Finally, a reply! :huh: As for bionics, yeah, I'm not the world's greatest sculptor (or painter, for that matter), but I'm getting an order of GS in about two weeks so i may sculpt something on after it's painted. In fact...update!
