He's the Chapter Master of the Lamenters, according to Imperial Armor Volume Nine: Badab War Part 1. I even made his model as close as I could to his rules and description. As mentioned before, his armor will be painted gold according to his background and such. Please excuse the flash and lighting, as it ruins a whole lot of work put into the model. Funnily enough, all the paint used on him was 1:1 mix of Water/Paint unless it required blending, but in person none of the paint is actually thick looking. Must be the lighting. One thing's bugging me though: those are pretty clearly side-burns on his cheeks, but they're flesh-colored! Makes his head look kind of odd-shaped.
