Dark Rage Posted January 22, 2011 Share Posted January 22, 2011 I, Dark Rage of the Dark Angels, vow on the honour of my Chapter to paint and present at least 1 vet sergeant in modified thunder armour and a 5 man devastator squad on or before the 31st of March, 2011. I promise to provide at least two WIP updates, preferably with pictures, in that time. I vow that if I should fail, I will provide the Librarium with an article and wear the Signature of Shame until my penitence period is done. Here are some WiP shots for my first update in the LPC, First are some pictures of the thunder armour veteran I have been converting, Bet a few people are thinking why thunder armour, Lets just say I really like the older mark armours and that thunder armour was very unique cause it had the thunder emblem rather than the imperial eagle the new marks have, I believe this mark was not suited for space so I modified some of the features such as the helmet and didnt use chainmail between the joints, anyway here is some of the progress i have made with that. Front Back The next lot of pictures are some WiP shots of the dev squad, I assembled these a while ago and havent manage to get round to painting them up so thanks to the LPC I have been more motivated to get them finished.
