You should totally paint a murel that stretchs across all 3, so when they're side by side they create a completed picture. Truly epic! But I'm sure whatever you do they'll turn out fantastic as I've been following your other topic with interest.

Roma is right on both counts. It'll be awesome if you actually paint a common murel across all dozer blades -especially at your skill llevel. But I'm sure they'll look awesome regardless! (besides it might be too time consuming and time is an element here :P)

Hehehe, I have creative ideas I wish I could implement, so I just pressure others to do it on their models! I've reserved this idea for someone with true skill ;)

Good luck Stobz, however you decide to approach the line breakers, as Captain Semper said, time is of the essence! Very cool so far.

I'm sure what ever you try mate will be up to your usual high standard. Just don't forget to add that nice big bulls eye on the Dozer blade. You know, just to make it that little bit easier for my Tri Las Preds.

:)

If your tank gunners can't aim, they'll need some retraining in cell 42, come in, you might like it. :tu:

  • 3 weeks later...

Here they are, I've gotten off my lazy butt and put paint to plastic after a bit of a break.

It's good to be back into it, hopefully I can maintain some momentum for a while....

WIP 3, Some Chainmail bunged on (I really don't like this stage :D )

50/50 Badab Black/Water on the DA Green,

Badab Black over the Chainmail,

Black wash(OOP) over the tracks,

Devlan Mud in the power planty bits.

Altogether much more fun and heaps faster step('cept drying time)

Next up; Chainmail 'dusting' of the green and thicker coat to include highlights and 'battle damage'

Chur,

stobz
