etzchayim Posted April 3, 2012 Share Posted April 3, 2012 Greeting everyone! I'm huge fan of Warhammer living in South Korea. So, sorry for my poor english :) I love Ultramarine. They really look like 'Defender of Mankind' and they have very large Background. I already have almost 3000 point Space Wolves, Black Templar, and Raven Guard army - but SICARIUS CALL ME! Oh god, when everyday i saw the Space Marine Codex 19~20 page, I don't stop my desire of reproduction that! First time, that is really stupid thing lol - where i get old style armour? So i calm myself - forget about it, etzchayim. But now, when i discharge from army - LOOK! THERE IS OLD SYTLE ARMOUR! THERE IS FORGEWORLD! Yeah, so I'm going to start my huge Project - Reproduction of Ultramarine 2nd Company. After doing amount of buying forgeworld and other thing, I'm started this project few day ago. But Old Style Armour is not enough. few guys wearing very rare armour, and few other guys wearing somekind original thing.. there is MK2, and there is MK6, and there is another type MK6.. So i needed lot of puty and grinding and drilling. Maybe it is impossible to perfectly same that image .. but i'll try to do my very best. So, look that. Any comments or improvement would be most appreciated. So, I make him. I notice the all of calgar's illust have common thing. Leg on Aquila. All calgar illust is very different each other, but every calgar has Aquila decoration Leg. So, i think that image is somekind of mistake or reverse direction of image(maybe step of drawing?). You know that, I already working in process 'Power armour Calgar' and I brought 'Terminator Calgar' too. Calgar is our Chapter Master! He is GOD OF WAR! So, i think he need personal Vehicle! Yes, MAXIMUS! So, I working that awesome vehicle too. Inspiration is old White Dwarf stuff( - the Eavy Metal's Maximus).
