Heresy/early post-heresy Death Guard

I recently finished painting my Death Guard army, and I've decided to share some pics of it. As the title says the look I was aiming for was for the pre-heresy Death Guard colours that are in the starting phases of being corrupted by Nurgle. This was my first time painting miniatures that were mostly white and doing any sort of weathering work, so the whole army project was a learning experience where I tried a bunch of different methods.

Absolutely brilliant, best rust effect I'v ever seen I think - also I always think DG look so much better as weathered white and green rather than covered in slime.

I like it, although I mentioned to you before that your rust/damage/peeled paint parts are a little to "large" and "chunky", vis-a-vis scale. Re: the chips look to scale for 28 mm marines, but not for 8-foot marines.

I agree, Death Guard look better with their original scheme as a base, rather then slimy green goobers.
