Hey all,

Some might know me some not so ill do a fast introduction :smile:
Im a warhammer hobbies't for about 17 years now won some best painted prices and even got myself an army on parade trophy with my Ogre kingdoms.
For the last few years i only played Fantasy but with the coming of the new 40k rule book i have started to play 40k again.
I also do some commission work from time to time witch i will post some pictures of here as well.

So for now my personal Grey Knight Army i have been working on lately:

Wow, those are some real nice models. Interesting that you went with the purple and white for the shields instead of the 'traditional' red, black and white. I think it works well, especially since the gun casings are the same purple. Very cool.

Yeah i thought they are so holy in all the fluff, why not go with the today's christian church colors witch are often purple and white.

Im happy how they turned out, i am currently working on the other 9 purifiers.

Also expect some updates on this commission:

Hehe Yeah he is indeed a nice model only thing i dont like about him is his scale... but its not my model so :D

Love the sense of motion and speed you have with the dreadknights, and your purple is sublime, what's your receipe?

Have you thought about doing some pre-heresy Emp children?

Oh and I prefer the blue background to the white, it's easier on the eye :)

For the purple i use liche purple and wash it with nuln oil then i use liche purple again and mix it up with white with a last highlight of about 30% white 70% purple.

Yeah im thinking of making myself a pre herresy emperors children but its kinda expencive cus its almost all going to be forge world.

I have placed my FW order so waiting for everything to arrive!

Love it! your painting is simply amazing! love the weathering effects, how do you do it? I'd like to get my pre-heresy Iron Warriors a little muddy like your gorgeous LR, but I know not how.

Looking forward to seeing your children of the emperor, I'm sure it'll be great! I'm tempted to give it a go myself using your purple

Wow you really know how to paint :P They look so shiny, clean and epic but then again LR has some mud and dirt just as it should after riding around on battlefield for a while.

Everything in this thread is fantastic, but I have to say that that is the best Angron I've seen painted. I like it a lot more than the Forgeworld one, the face on your Angron really screams inhuman, inexorable rage to me. And the blood effect on the Legionnaire is awesome.

Wow. If I could paint half as well as this then I'd be happy.

These models are amazingly well painted. Loving the OSL and the alternate purple scheme on the grey knights. The landraider freehand is also really nice.

Currently im working on 5 sternguards and a drop pod to add to my clients BA army!

This weekend he will coming to pick them up and he will bring the full force i painted so far for him so i can take some pictures of the army in its full glory!
