Hey Folks,

Well after a very log hiatus from my World Eaters army (which involved orks & necrons) I have finally got the bug back for my main army since 6th Ed has come out i dont know why but its just made me want to go back to them and this is

before the news of the box set and dex came out.

Looks great! Add a wash to the skin and drybrush the original red over it and I think you'd have one handsome daemon prince! ;)

I think I agree with DietOf. The red does not look finished, it is extreemly bright and does not seem to have too many shadows. A real good shading will fix that (don't be greedy when it comes to shade. Don't just splash it on, but make sure it gets everything it can take. Make sure to look for any places the shade has gathered after a few minutes).

 

I would give the metal a good nuln oil shade aswell, it really makes metal look much better in my oppinion.

 

Your base color for the infantry is something along the lines of red gore? if you're willing to do a little extra work to make them look better, I think a drybrush with another red would serve them well (khorne red or mephiston red, personally I'd do both). It is done fairly quickly and makes the models look ace.
