Since I still have a complementing (NIB) Razorback, I am going to try my hand at re-creating them using some "Instant Mold". @FinylCut; Thank you for your words of encouragement, I need to produce more because I have so much sitting around UN-finished and I want to play with some of theses so I need to finish them. I'll not let you down. On another note, last night I took my Dremel tool to the figures for de-burring and polishing before paint. I noticed that one of my TM's is a Chaos model. Really I never noticed it before (it's a glasses thing). Thanks for the feedback on the Iron Warrior Warsmith. That explains why I could not find him on GW, I was looking for a Chaos Techmarine. Now I wont feel so bad hacking away at him. The DA Green guy is the solo TM attached to my Company Team Alpha, he was the one in red in the Before pic. A predominately Leg outfit that works in heavy Forrest/Jungle. The Two in Black are assigned to the forge and will deploy with my DW. The two in Tan are being assigned to my Company Team Bravo which will be an Ironwing affair. http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm71/pueriexdeus/Techmarines.jpg Whirlwind Battery; The #1 WW on the left was my first ever 40K vehicle built back in the mid 90's. The #2 & 3 WW are Ebay'd, I created the smoke stacks with pieces of flat & curved styrene rod, cut to size, drilled and lill prices of the red compresses air extensions as the tip's. I still need to do something about the head lamps. After getting all painty I realized that I was supposed to do the Hyperios in Desert Tan in anticipation to my upcoming Company Team Bravo. Here is my Bikes WiP. http://i293.photobucket.com/albums/mm71/pueriexdeus/001-4.jpg Saddens me to say that I am so not that impressed with the new RW bikes. Yes as a group of three bikes they look great, lots of detail on the figures and nice posing. Put six of them together as a Sqd and they start to look odd. Put 12 of them together and they look terrible. These bikes lack in any flexibility. They are absolutely WISIWYG, no other options available. So far I have had to take the saw to five of them, adding Flamers, Power Sword & Power Fist, removing a PG. All the bikes are leaning into a turn and are not re-pose-able. I tried they looked ridiculous. So out of a Squad of six bikes, four are making a sharp right hand turn and the two in robes are turning to the left. I tried to use older biker torsos but they just don't fit unless I hack off the bottom portion of the Backpack. Oh well, I'll finish them up and in the future I'll see about reassigning them in with some of my older RW Sqds. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
