Arkley, those are amazing!!! Great job on the plasma coils and all the little targeted gems, and the kitbashing for the sergeant is very nicely done, adds some extra flavor. His stance is very cool as well and I really like how your yellow icons look with the stone grey appearing scrolls. The Chaplain also looks smashing, but I think his face mask and shoulder plate could do with just a little bit of lightening and the smoke might benefit from just a touch at the tips, but they really are nicely done regardless. Really like the gold skull hanging "chains" and the Crozius looks great.

 

If I may, how did you do the force sword on your Librarian?

Libbys sword was just Mephiston Red, Carroburg Crimson wash, Evil Sunz Scarlet then Wild Rider Red.

 

I will learn the next time with the Bone :). They have been varnished now :(

Macragge Blue > Drakenhof Nightshade > Altdorf Guard Blue > Calgar Blue and sometimes a little white.

I'm not a big fan of most of the DV DA models. They just look way too static, which is GW's fault but you did a AMAZING job painting them!
