    Hi there Based on the short blurb at : https://taleofpainters.com/2019/06/showcase-stc-ryza-pattern-ruins/ "Bonus fact – I based the colour scheme of this terrain on the old 2nd edition boxed games cardboard ruins" At a glance I'd say it looks like Wraithbone washed with various browns (possibly good old Agrax Earthshade) Alternatively - grab a piece of cardboard and paint it up & test to see if you can approximate the scheme.

    There's a lot of ways to do slime and ooze, most of them revolve around a base colour, with Nurgle's Rot on top. Here's one method from GW: (the later part of the video) As for streaks, leaks etc. see this one: (also covered in the later part of the video)

    If you can, get a hold of WD 46, it has a painting guide for them. Body is standard Necron colours Guns are black > grey highlights > White highlights Green bits are Deathworld Forest > green shade >Zemesi Desert highlight Orange bits are Jokero Orange > bloodletter wash > Trollslayer highlight > fire dragon Immortals Head bits are Celestra grey > White highlight Also, vids for the orange bits:

    Today in the hobby I.... stared at an old and forgotten Aspiring Champion that I'd promised to paint for a friend (in my defense he did say no deadlines!) *picks up old and dusty brush* What does this thing do?

    Just checking, you aren't using plastic glue are you? Because with FW's resin you need to use Superglue.
