Coming from the more fanatical side of the Castigators, the self-hating kind of disfigured freak, he accrued many scars over the course of his many centuries of service. Most notably was a melta-bomb that went off in close proximity to his face, melting his scarred face and blinding him. The visage he wears now is no mask, but instead his actual steel plated (black carapace) lined skull. Etc etc. 1st Sgt may have to change, depending on our good friend and creator Mol. I frankly don't like the idea that you can't use "Master Sgt" because of Halo, because it is a real rank, but so is 1st Sgt.

Karakalla is a latin name, in a sense. Its modeled after Caracalla, who was an Emperor of Rome (who just happened to be an angry person too, killing his brother and trying to erase him from history). I prefer K's, as they are unambiguous with regards to pronunciation. I was just looking through the thread here to see what was going on with the Castigators while I haven't been looking, but unfortunately, it seems that I only discovered that I was making things harder. It makes me 'lol' and cry at the same time. Sad panda. In other notes, I would be willing to host the old Castigator site. Perhaps if it was up, when I do decide to draw Castigators (as I might again in the future), I might stand a better chance at doing so without flubbing stuff up.

Well... I'd prefer an actual date and then I can work with it and figure out what I need to do from there. What I have planned isn't in 'modern' time. Its fairly close to it. I will figure something out either way.

He was Hero-Captain Lycidius, as I understood it. :) I wrote up a background for him. Oh, the last time I was at your page (when it was up) I didn't notice him as having been named and here you've named him and killed him all in one fell stroke. Is there a year of his death? I was rather planning on using him for something... I think you know what I mean. Hostile challenge. If it was relatively "recent" that would be cool. I did read a bit about his exploits though. Is there more?

I'm going to have to throw in my vote with the darker shade of red, though the only thing I have (yet) to contribute to this chapter is in grey-scale! PS: I need to come up with a name for that guy too... something impressive, since he probably will be drawn again. B)
