I really like it but there are some minor changes I would make. I would drop a dred and a land speeder. Use those points for a razorback or two. I would call the dred and land speeder robots and make them out of collections of bits. In fact, if you don't mind I'm going to use this list for my Ad Mech army.

I think it's worthy of note that not every piece of military hardware is produced on a forge world. The rifles that the Tanith 1st are armed with were made on their home planet, which is why their lasguns have Nalwood stocks. Only planets so given over to production that they are ruled by the Mechanicus are considered forge worlds.
