Actually, they look like this chaps: But, uh, I'll take the gladiator style ones instead! (Like the solitary example in Betrayal.) But isn't that the Mantilla-pattern (respirator)? It's called a Sarum pattern respirator in Betrayal. If it's called Mantilla pattern somewhere else, I'm wasn't aware of it/forgotten it. :) Horus Heresy Book One - Betrayal, according to lexicanum's page on power armour.

Mmmm I think I will have to flesh out the system :) I can include a death world but I wonder is it too cliché? Cliché, perhaps, but death worlds usually do produce good recruits. Along with feral worlds. Sometimes in combination, since feral refers mostly to the level of technology available to the inhabitants.

Second Founding happened in 021.M31. Seven years after the Horus Heresy. M32 saw the third founding (001.M32), and possibly up to seventh's founding. An unknown founding happened in M33 (possibly 7th, possible earlier founding), with the 8th founding happening in M34.
