  1. The winner was announced in yesterday's Sunday preview article. https://www.warhammer-community.com/en-gb/articles/zispb7vp/sunday-preview-festive-squig-clothing-returns/?utm_source=CUSTOMERS&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=WH_7th_December_Preview_&utm_content=&utm_term=
  2. That's amazing. I'm sure we only had four or five of them in the branch I worked at. It was a nice perk of working a whole day solo that I had total musical power!
  3. That right there is my pick for a ret-retcon (or retcon-con?) as it's completely unnecessary and adds nothing. All it does is restrict the creative space for imagining Tyranid motives and backstory.
  4. It's quite an obscure bit of trivia so there's no shame in not having seen a White Dwarf article from over 25 years ago.
  5. Do you mean Sergeant Naaman? He died heroically in the Piscina IV campaign played by Gav Thorpe, Andy Chambers and Pete Haines which they wrote about in White Dwarf before he ever appeared in a codex.
  6. Loving the conversions, great work. On the champion's head, if you painted the scars over his left eye to look like fresh wounds that would clearly indicate why he took his helmet off. Broken kit can be worse than no kit.
  7. @TheMawr could it be a key to unlock the restraints on Red Butchers?
  8. As others have said, your conversions and painting are excellent. I want to give my praise to the obscure 'Nuns on the Run' pun. The theme tune is today's earworm. Da dum dum dum, dum de dum, da-da dum dum dum, dum de dum
  9. 'Erebus appears and kills <named character>' is already a worn-out trope from the Horus Heresy series (is it 4 times? 5?). Do we want him doing the same shenanigans in the 41st/42nd millennium? I realise you probably mean he's a good candidate for killing off but the other interpretation is such a bad idea I couldn't let it go.
  10. It already exists as a rule in Necromunda. From memory, if you roll a 1 to hit and a friendly model is within 1/2" of the line of fire roll another d6, on a 1 the friendly is hit.
  11. When I played Mechanicus I typically ran 4 priests and a couple of servitors. Despite each priest starting with a different specialisation by the end they were all very similar, dipping into other skill trees for the best armour etc. I like the idea of having just one customisable priest and some minions. Without other priests jostling for a place in the team the mid-tier minions might actually be worth looking at.
  12. The Avatar and Phoenix Lord bundle annoys me. From memory I'm only missing Baharroth from that set. I'm keen to grab the 2018 noise marine though and paint it in a riot of colours.
  13. Same here. It's a busy day at work and I haven't time for fact checking.
  14. My friend just sent me this link. Apparently it's a leaked teaser for you know what.
  15. It would be magnificent. I'm only interested in the new vehicle as a basis for a mad Necromunda conversion, but that's a way down the line.
