You make this seem too easy, my attempt at a mark IV came out quite rough and only when it was almost cured i realised it wasnt symmetrical but was able to scrape the greenstuff off and will try again another day.

Unless there is a load of fluff I've not seen, Ferrus has metal arms from drowning a wyrm of some sorts in lava, I believe it's described as his hands/arms coated in living metal. I don't think I've seen anything to suggest that he had any bionics and the chapters fixation with bionics started post heresy. I was really disappointed with their portrayal, I take some solace in the fact that it was the first time they had a primarch refuse the offer to join chaos, especially since fulgrim and ferrus had supposedly been amongst the closest of any of the primarchs. I really hope we get to see more Iron Hands since currently theres just fulgrim and an out of print novel.

Really inspiring stuff, you helped convince me to buy the transfers from forgeworld for my neglected Iron Hands. I wish I could get my bolter cases as crisp as yours. Looking forward to seeing you go to town on your sergeant.

A very nice read and well presented, I certainly learnt a lot (about half the information was new to me) and it's a great acomplisment to bring all the information together and still keep it interesting and flowing as a single piece of writing. I would be tempted to make some Scythes if it wasn't for bad experiences painting yellow :D.

It reminded me of Zelda ^_^, my one complaint is that the red doesnt stand out from the orange, perhaps continuing the gold from the helmet on the shoulderpads might work? One thing I have to know, where did you get the bionic leg from? It looks amazing!
