There's absolutely no way they've lowered the price, that would cut into their profit margin massively. They'll have STARTED with the price of the box and worked backwards deciding the contents to make sure they make a 50%+ margin, anything less and it's not really worth it for them.

Thanks dude, the swords was a big thing for me, spent a lot of time looking around to find different ones. Ended up having to design and 3d print one of my own in the end! Other 3 are from various dark angel kits. Thanks dude, I'm glad someone noticed the varying skin tones. I don't subscribe to the 'All Astartes are white chads' nonsense, nor the idea that there will be mono-ethnicity worlds in the 41st millennium. Also it's fun to learn to paint different colours. I agree that the “All Astarte are white chads” is utter nonsense also, and when I get the confidence to try bare heads instead only using helmeted heads, I plan on trying out varying skin tones also. No time like the present, painting faces takes a bit of practice but you'll never get better at it until you do the practice

busy weekend for me, bases are done and so is the WHOLE FLIPPING ARMY! I don't think I have ever been so proud of a painting project ever, even my golden demon stuff hasn't given me the same sense of accomplishment that finishing these has done. So close to finished, pigment powders on the bases and lower legs to do and then it's just painting the base rims black. Another 2 hours and I'll be done!
