  7. Thanks guys. You can never go wrong with lots of CHOOM! Here's my Praetor who will be leading the army: http://www.thewaaaghstudios.com/images/mekshop/30kalphas/PaintedPraetor.jpg I'll be using him as Lias Issodon for 40k and the head and right arm are magnetized in case I ever want to use him as Dynat in 30k.
  8. Thanks! I'm really happy with how the army's coming together. I've just finished off these guys who I've converted for use as Scouts/ Marines in Carapace Armour: http://www.thewaaaghstudios.com/images/mekshop/30kalphas/PaintedScoutSquad.jpg Let me know what you think.

  10. @Burias-Drak'shal: Thanks. It's definitely great fun bringing this army to life. @Ovidius Incertus: There are a couple of close up shots in the Facebook album but it's hard to photograph the effect. Basically the colour changes depending on the angle you view them. Greenest from above and Bluest from underneath. I think it works quite well for the iridescent armour as described in the literature. Finished off a few more Transports now: http://www.thewaaaghstudios.com/images/mekshop/30kalphas/PaintedRhino2.jpg http://www.thewaaaghstudios.com/images/mekshop/30kalphas/PaintedDropPod.jpg
  11. Here's a shot of the army pre-tournament: http://www.thewaaaghstudios.com/images/mekshop/30kalphas/AlphaLegionArmy.jpg Not everything's finished but I'm pretty happy with how it all looks together. There's a few sneak peaks of other units I'm working on in there aswell. Wish me luck :D
