Anyone noticed that quite a few of the Combat Patrols have been updated? For example, the Tyranid one now has an enhancement that applies to the Psychophage. And the Necron one limits the Doomstalker from coming on before turn 3.

100% agree with this take. There are some absolutley wild opinions in this thread (which people are, of course, entitled to). This is a lovely set of Space Marines for the new or existing collector in my opinion. It's a really good self contained force, with some absolutley cracking sculpts. As an unapologetic Space Marine and Primaris Marine fan, this box is gold and a winner. The Chaplain and Vanguard Vets are going into my Ultramarines 1st Company, and I'm gonna paint up the rest as Mikael Fabian and the Ultramarines 3rd Company.

I think for the first time ever, I am in the position to buy the box and afford to keep both sides. So looking forward to these Orky boyz and a new army!

What a legend to the hobby though. I wish him all the happiest in his retirement. And with the equally amazing Darren Latham still around, I am not worried about Eldar design at all.

I love the new kits, but haven't ordered any yet, as I am funding an 18 year old until he starts a new job, so disposable income is limited. I will be adding Marneus, Victrix and Cato to my growing 1st Company army though. I also missed out on the Terminator box, and want to add a couple of squads of Assault Terminators and an Ancient as well when I get the chance.

These are lovely. Definitely adding the Wolf Scouts to my Blackmanes. Valrak was right again with the rumours on these.

Can’t wait to run a unit of Assault Terminators with Lightning Claws with my Terminator Librarian. Sustained Hits 1 is gonna do some work.

Very pleased with all of these. Logan is stunning, as is Arjac. Hopefully we get the rumoured Wolf Scout/Kill Team box, and an upgrade sprue, with a decent set of transfers with lots of Great Company representation.

The Battle Leader from Tooth and Claw had a cloak, a wolf pelt cloak, and a Belt of Russ (Space Wolves equivalent of an Iron Halo). He was plenty wolfy.
