I've started working on some tactical marines. I feel like I'm starting to get a system to painting these guys and hopefully with some more practice I'll get both faster and better.

Lamenters Land Speeder

Another test really. I had this model for probably 10 years (it didn't come with missles back then). I had partially assembled it. The painting is a test to see how to paint a vehicle yellow. This is the first vehicle I've ever painted.

My Assault Squad

These are the first mini's I've painted in probably 20 years. I did these as a test to get some practice and to try to figure out the best way to paint them. Each was done a little differently and I wasn't too worried about discrepancies. I hand painted the Lamenter checker pattern on their shoulder pads in a different way. I'm not really happy with any of them and I'll try something different with the next squad
