I'd like to join up doing this, but I was thinking why not have each company be its own self supporting body with initiates who are just learning the arts. Assign each company a different type of martial arts. Assign everyone on this project A company, the Librarium, etc have them write the fluff, and then edit everything into one unified chapter.
