Looking forward to it! I've been down the fan-fic route before. A while back, I worked on the Guilliman Heresy with the help of some good people here. It gained quite a following. It wasn't a super-rainbow-and-rosey setting, but the good guys did fair better than in the default 40K story. It looks like your fan-fic will do even better on that front, what with all of them loyal and united. :D I'm also, albeit slowly, working on another fan-fic. It will take elements from and be inspired by End Times and it's follow-up Age of Sigmar. I'm just having trouble with a few things, but they should be sorted in time. :)

Late Happy New Year, The_son_of_Dorn! I've followed your work for a while and it is still a joy to read. To read that 18 demigods all stay loyal is truly amazing. I've read your October 2017 update, and it was a good read. My favourite piece has to be towards the end, where that one Vindicare starts feeling fear due to his comrades getting slaughtered by Primarchs. I can imagine that he'd be the last one to be turned into a red stain on the floor HAHA. With the combined might of the Primarchs, Malcador has less than zero-percent chance of winning! Keep up the great work! I look forward to reading much more. :D

Thus far I like what I'm reading. That all 18 of them unite as one force would be a terrifying event to behold! Keep going, brother! :D

To brothers Olis and Cormac, and to all readers of the Guilliman Heresy... Due to certain things such as real-life commitments and planning to restart a Tau army (major heresy, I know :P), I am no longer going to actively contribute to the project. I am very happy and proud of what it has become, and never imagined that it would get so much attention, span two topics, or even inspire other heresy fan-fiction. The intent of the project has succeeded beyond what I thought. It goes into great detail about an alternate heresy of the 40k universe, and with that fulfilled, I consider it mission-accomplished. Even without my direct influence it has continued to "live and grow". Olisredan. Cormac Airt. Brothers, I leave the Guilliman Heresy in your hands now. I may pop in from time to time, and always feel free to PM me for input if you wish. Thanks to everyone who has ever contributed to this project. It's been a blast! :D

I have not been back here for a while, and I find that the forum itself has changed. However... I have just read through the GH Timeline on the first page, and I am so proud of what it has become. That I took a simple change to the 40k lore and, with the help of some good co-writers, turned it into THIS, is simply amazing. My thanks to all those who have ever contributed to the project to any degree since it's inception well over a year ago. :D

What I envisioned for the Necrons is pretty much as-per canon, but to a point... Szarekh the Silent King returns from his self-imposed exile, after dealing with a force of Tyranids with the help of a loyal legion (not the Blood Angels, because they're bad guys in this story). He will meet the Emperor, but I'm unsure right now what will be said or what they will think about each other. As-per canon, Szarekh will view the Tyranids as the greater threat, for if they devour all organic life, the Necrons will have no way to reverse the biotransference process. So on occasion, he will "help" the Imperium and/or Tau destroy the Tyranids attacking them. The Silent King will not be without his own enemies though. Chief amongst them will be Imotekh the Stormlord, who seeks to remove Szarekh from the throne and take power for himself. EDIT: I just remembered something about the Sons of Horus. I think in the previous topic, it was decided, or at least discussed, that the 16th legion would remain under the name of Luna Wolves. The three remaining Mournival members; Aximand, Torgaddon, and Garviel Loken, would lead it as a triumbrant of sorts. They'd also retain their off-white and black legion scheme. Only Abaddon would turn traitor, as it has already been listed so.
