I have used them to devastating effect on 'Nid hordes and see no reason they shouldn't do the same against the Greenies (although admittedly I do not have the most experience at facing Orks). My thoughts would be that the Tornado is fast and has lots of high strength shots that most Boyz will not get to save against. Another good reason to take them is that the Tornado is so cheap. duttydave Posted June 28, 2008 Share Posted June 28, 2008 I don't know much about the 5th Edition but I'm curious as to why a Tornado will be worthless. I'm assuming they'll still have 3 Str 5 and 4 Str 6 Shots all with AP4. They may not be able to claim objectives but that's still a lot of firepower for 80 or so points.
