I have been doing it for years, no one has ever said a word.
It makes perfect sense.
It SHOULD work.
But I just re-read the entry in the codex for Long Fangs.
It doesn't say ANYWHERE that Long Fangs can take a Razorback....
What the hell???
Have I missed an update somewhere.
I am SURE LFs can use a Razorback.... can't they?

They can take a razorback as a dedicated transport.
It was a mistake they corrected in the FAQ lists amounst other erratas, sure as the cost
of the Landspeeder 'Tornado'.
The question reguarding Long Fangs taking Razorbacks is the very last one of page two.

I just personally love the fluff factor that our Primarch returning will set in motion the final battle for humanity, where existence itself is on the line. So our primarch is a complete harbinger badass. What's yours got? Nuttin.

Ack... god I have forgotten how cumbersome this old codex is...
How much do weapons cost for the Razorback? It isnt anywhere in the list.
Anyone know the price for the Twin-Linked Heavy Bolter option?

Points costs are in Codex Space Marines.
Heavy Bolter is already in the profile. To upgrade toTwin Linked Las Cannon is 20 pts(I think)

The option to take razorbacks for long fangs is in the 2nd version of the space wolf codex, and in the FAQ's as well.
I'd give you the points but seeing as I can't I'll have to do this instead...
Razorback- 98 pts.
TL las cannon upgrade
Smoke Launchers
Extra Armor
Hope this helps.
And yes, this is all in the SM codex.

I always used the Lascannon, twin-linked plasmagun varient. From what I hear this option will be available again in the new SM codex. I hope so

I'll probably be using the plasma gun variant, it seems to do the best where I play, just wish they were plasma cannons instead of guns...
