I found a phrase somewhere wich i found nice to add to a SW banner thing (just a ccw for rule purpose), but as a text i wanted to use something Latin like.
Just wanna know if its correct spelled.
"Genibus nitere canis" (like in my sig)
Translated it should say "On youre knees dog"
Someone able to help out here.

To be honest, if you want text, Wolves would be better to use a Norwegian translation, as that is basically the modern ancestor of norse, the Viking language.
The phrase you stated would be...
"Opp på din kne hunden"

For Russ! For the Wolftime! My wolves stand ready.

Or you can use any off-shoot of Germanic language which is basically what Kanaellars posted, but without so much of the iconic accents.

I see Latin being used by the Inquisition on Holy Terra.
As we are put through the teaching engines we too are taught the languages of Terra.
so it might work... but as has already been mentioned Norse or Germanic would be much better.
Latin suits more the Ultramarines, Imperial Fists, Inquistion.. etc
Dog Latin or Pig Latin or whichever you perfer might suit the Chaos legions as a parody to the Loyalist
chapters.

I just personally love the fluff factor that our Primarch returning will set in motion the final battle for humanity, where existence itself is on the line. So our primarch is a complete harbinger badass. What's yours got? Nuttin.

I choose latin and that phrase cause its somewhat related to HHH and due to this clip. Time to play the game (its at the start although not correct as i have heard.)

If i would take a germanic language i would most likely take Frisian (my own mother language). Than it would be..
"Op dyn knibles hûn"

To add to the commentary here Norwegian is the least like Old Norse that would be Icelandic that has managed to keep much of its Nordic Roots intact. Though you could even use Danish.
