Terms and additional GK troops done, hopefully that's it for this force. I am hoping I aint gonna get sucked into it like the Crimsons, however I am liking the look of the Lord/retinue packs.....uh oh... Saxxon the Dragoon Posted April 12, 2009 Share Posted April 12, 2009 wow, just wow bulldog. what kinds of paints and such do you use to pull off this stuff? its insane. why must you tempt me and taunt me so? i think you should definitely work for GW or FW painting models and such, its incredible. and even though my space marines have a warhound titan, i think that i will have to follow suite with you and get myself a GK reaver titan. you have just inspired me to finish painting my armies. i will say your work is incredible and i wish one day it can match yours. Unless the techmarines actually stopped repairing all the grey knight equipment for ages and then actually built them a titan. It would take some amazing back story for somthing like that to come into existance... Corteaz and his retinue are next followed by a couple more GK Landraiders so I can put together the Hector Rex formation from the new Vraks book. BulldogUK Posted November 22, 2009 Author Share Posted November 22, 2009 Just a small update here, Vraks part 3 allows the stormtroopers to upgrade to a razorback transport sporting twin-linked Pyscannons so I decided to go for it. Payed off really in it's first engagement it dealt the death blow to a pesky Eldar tree hugging hippy hero type....huzzzaa! http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v429/BulldogUK/stormtrooperRazorback2.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v429/BulldogUK/stormtrooperRazorback.jpg On a slightly more epic scale I have been doing some trawling on ebay and after deciding to expand the pure GK army to 3000+ pts. Plenty of paint stripping later I now have an additional 40 PAGK, 7 more Terminators, a redeemer and raider to paint.....sigh I really should have known it simply wouldnt stop at a 'small allied force' on the plus side that little lot being second hand and having some quite horrific paint jobs to boot only cost me about 70 quid....woohoo!
