In a few weeks i have sort off accepted to team up with another player for a double tourney but there is a mayor problem. he Plays Nids and with the rule set no other army can allie with them. But these rules don't have Deamons included so i want to give it another go with them.

Right now i don't have a real fully functional deamon army.

I have the following:

Greater Deamon (once used as Skarbrand, it doesn't have wings)

10 Bloodletters (could split them up in 2x5 but i intend to borrow some from my nephew in order to get me at least 2x10 or 3x8)

8 Flesh Hounds

2 deamonprinces (1 is stuck to Khorne due to all the iconic stuff)

What would be a useable list with this.

BTW he intends to get lots of Carnifexes and Hive Tyrants (i doubt he will be able to pull that much together in 1000 points.)
And the FOC will be: 3 HQ, 8 Troops, 4 Fast, 4 Elite, 4 Heavy for the complete team.

What greater daemon? I'm assuming a bloodthirster if you used it as Skarbrand, so just use it as one of them. Gotta love the big ol' bloodthirsters, and since they don't have the option not to have wings you don't have to model them on.

The princes would be good too, a nice big Nurgle one would be fun, with a cheap Khorne one for anti-tank. Once you have those three MCs I'd just max out on bloodletters, then add the flesh hounds if you have points left over.

Maxing out on MCs would work just fine, especially if you 'nids buddy brings a bunch of Carnifexes :o

Nope you may ally with everybody you want in this tourney. So nids w/ chaos too for example.

I'm open to messages if you want help or advice from me.

You can ask me anything.

Yea, we used to try and keep the team's "fluffy", you know, good guys v bad guys. But we ended up with the same teams all the time, so we started just doing it randomly. So something like, nids and eldar vs. chaos and IG would not be unusual.
