1st list: Nurgle/Tzeentch lash list

Hey favored. This one really does depend on which you like more, shooting or close combat.
Obviously choose the Khorne for CC or the Nurgle/Tzeench for the other. Though fluff wise PM/TS doesn't work, who really cares as long as the list works, right? Here is what I can do for you though.
1st list: Nurgle/Tzeentch lash list

2 Lash Princes
Wings

Never a bad choice, though you may want to change one to a nurgle prince as they are hard as nails and Rot is a really decent power for 15 points.

Troops:

7 Plague Marines
Champ - Power Fist
2 Flamers
Rhino

7 Plague Marines
Champ - Power Fist
2 Meltaguns
Rhino

8 Thousand Sons
Aspiring Sorceror (not includec in a Tsons above)
Doombolt

Very good solid choices, nothing really wrong with any of these. Though the part beside the Asp Sorc doen't make much sense as it is has to be part of the unit.

10 Chaos Marines

These guys need a transport or they'll be blown apart before they know what happened to them. the plasma squad doesn't need the Champion as it's special weapons make it an ideal objective camper/fire support, though it could use a heavy weapon.

As for the list as a whole, you have no long range anti-tank. Sure you get the prince flying up and laying into it in CC but with lash they won't be doing both in the same turn, and unless you're using lash every turn it is hard to earn it's points back. Id advise dropping one of the CSM squads (preferably the flamer squad), buying a Icon of Glory for the other squad. Then with the points left over I'd buy some heavy support, maybe drop the CSM down to 8 and get three Oblits or something like that, otherwise you have anit-infantry covered.


2nd list: Khorne:

Khorne Lord: 2 Lightning Claws

Khorne Lord: Terminator Armour, Daemon Weapon

Give the first lord wings/Jump Pack, he can still stay with the 9 man Zerker Squad, just behind the rhino until it's time to charge or get out. Otherwise he's stuck with that unit, and a Khorne Lord loose amongst enemy ranks can be evile if you have two other units of CC specialists hitting the other side of the board.

Drop the champions, it's overkill. Switch one of the lightning claws to a chainfist and heavy flamer. I'd drop another two of the sets of lightning claws too just to make sure you have extra bodies, because when you deep Strike them (which you will or you're an idiot) they will get shot at.

Decent, not much room for improvement here, though it might be advisable to drop the berzerkers down to 8 each. Drop the extra armor off the rhinos too, you shouldn't be in them more than two turns anyway., too many points for not enough effect.

5 Havocs
4 Flamers

These are useless, they have no transport, they are too small to do anything in combat and have too limited a range to be of any use until after everything is dead. Lose this squad completely.

Again this list lacks any long ranged firepower. Problem is that this time you don't have the Princes to swoop in and save the day. If you make the changes I suggested you should have enough points for 2 Obliterators, those will give you the long ranged firepower you'll need. If you drop the CSM down to 8 as well and drop the icon, then you can include a Pred. with Las side sponsons to increase the long ranged firepower and anti-tank.

Outside of that it's up to you mate, we can't tell you what to play or how to play it, just what you're doing wrong.
In war, you needn't make worry about making mistakes, simply wait for your opponent to make one.

Can't say I like either one. Don't like twin lash, PM spam just on principle. If your going to a tourney and winning it is the most important thing to you, take the lash list I guess. If you want to play some fun games (for you and your opponent) don't take it.

Khorne termi lord needs to go away
Khorne all champ w/ LC's termi squad is WAY to expensive and pretty much useless w/out a LR.
Your TROOPPS look fine, no problem there
What do you expect 5 havocs w/flamers to do w/out a rino ? Waste of pts.

no anti tank , no meta . lots of overspamed stuff[like troops in list 1] ;lots of overtwinked stuff[termis champions . small havocks +4 specials but no transport] no wings on hqs[list 2]. a nurgle sorc one of those really bad hqs. no transports in list 1 .

But... list one is carried by lash , so probablly that one is better .what doesnt make it good , both lists are bad.

If I have to choose between those 2 its of course list 1. List 2 is real bad while list 1 is mediocre at the very best. The reasons are already given by the people above me.

I also agree with Jeske, Zhukov, and chillin.
If it has to be a choice, list 1.
There is no surer way to get me to tear your army list up for you than claiming that it's unbeatable.
