That Bjorn take is completely badass! I'm reminded of the first Angel from Neon Genesis though for some reason

I like that you didn't paint a typical wolf pelt. A wolf from an arctic planet would most likely not be gray or brown, they would be white, or ice colored as you have

Nnnnnnnnn.....
Also, the term 'blackmane' comes to mind. The OP does have some brown pelts earlier on, btw.

OK. THe 4 legged wolf w/ML's... golly & BLOODY HELL Lad. Well done. Patent that thing & use it as bartering piece to get hired by GW. And make sure the rules for it are half as awesome as your model. Looking forward to more. Please keep it up.
That's a lot of dust, brother!! Welcome back!!
Bjorn is looking amazing, just like the rest of your works!! I look forward to seeing it progress. This time, don't make us wait so long!!
End of Line
I second rift blade. Really bang up job on that missle launcher he looks amazing. Can I ask how you paint the armor? The only way I can figure is super time consuming so I was just wondering if you could shed some light on your method.
It is time consuming, its mixing paint, watering it down and layering it. When I get to painting again I'll make a step by step tutorial, it's not the best looking but I like it. =/
Thanks for all the comments on Bjorn! I got a little more done on him, but will post pictures once I get a bit more done.
Also, What is Bjorn without his best buddy Ulrik?
WIP Ulrik the Slayer, aka, Bjorns BFF
So I've decided to not buy any fenrisian wolves (I have a strong distaste for the models.)
As a result I am planning on making 1-2 wulfen replace each fenrisian wolf.
I will be making new Wulfen and am currently in the process of planning them out. My goal is to acheive the classic wulfen look for as little money and sculpting as possible.
(Sculpting will be strictly to fur.)
Also plan on turning it into a tutorial for others to follow to make it (hence the cost effective/time).
Right now I'm thinking Crypt Ghoul hands, Ungor heads, spacemarine/chaos space marine torsoes/bodies (which I have plenty of).
what this tutorial should also have, Different stages of wulfen.
stage 1: Human state
stage 2: Feral human no longer holds weapons
stage 3: Leg alterations, leaning over
stage 4: On all fours like wolves.
if anyone has thoughts or suggestions feel free to add. I'm putty a shopping list together for parts. and looking for multiple uses for parts. (i.e. instead of buying just crypt ghoul hands, buy a box and use the bodies for the wolf stage wulfen, purchase just the heads of ungors or the box? Personal experience, just the heads.)
Bjorn is almost done sculpting wise. just few minor adjustments left.
Ward of the Primarch, made to look like its part of the wolf cloak
Now, What does Bjorn need besides his best buddy Ulrik? A GODDAMN IRON WOLF.
and logans murderfang sled
I still have to do more iconography on the muderfang dread in the front. Thoughts so far?

Test wulfen #1
only used space wolf marines and Ghouls. No ungor parts.
Will expirement a bit with the heads, I think I can make them look better with a little sculpting but since the UNGOR heads are so damn hard to find now without buying a full box those arent an option.
THoughts?

edit:
Just found a place for ungor heads, so I'm going to wait for them to come in. Paid a little more than I wanted but ehh, Atleast the Wulfen heads will have a good variety
