vahouth Posted May 14, 2015 Author Share Posted May 14, 2015 I think the time has come to Necro my old painting log, as a good opportunity has presented itself now that I also have my ETL vow going on. So, first things first... As some of you may remember, I decided a loooong time ago to standardise the red color in my army, and completely redo the red highlights of my old tacticals, Dreadnoughts and Baal Predator. The Furioso and Baal were already done, and I simply couldn't get the courage to complete the rest. With the coming of the new codex, that hailed my return to the hobby, decided that the time is right to finally make some progress. The first to do was my normal Dread that I finally got to finish, just last week! It's shining gold followed by burnished gold and a 1:1 mix of mithril silver & burnished gold. When it's done, I start painting the blood drop from a mechrite red base.
