I love the dark and gritty look of it and would love to use it for my own models! Hello Az0g and thank you! The red armour is something like this... 1. 50/50 of Scab Red and Mechrite Red and a few drops of water 2. a thin layer of Scab Red washed out in a coupple of drops of water 3. 70/30 mix of Scab red and Blood red is applyed where the light hits 4. Wash mix 30/30/30 Badab Black/Devlan Mud/Water is applied and dont be afraid to use alot of it... let it dry... 5. 50/50 Scab Red/Blood Red is applied again where the lights hits 6. 70/30 Scab Red/Skull White is applied just as thin lines (extreme highlight) if you think it goes too pinkish just wash it down with a verry thinned out Scab Red or Blood Red Good luck! death given form Posted July 29, 2011 Share Posted July 29, 2011 That is a very, very, very nice conversion you have there. He seems so much more grim and terrifiying than the GW version of Astorath. The paint work on the wings is a particularly nice touch. I'm curious, will we perhaps be seeing a Dante counts-as, to use in place of Seth (perhaps to represent an older chapter master)?
