Since I'll be moving to Manitoba for law school in August, I thought I'd check in here and see about other Manitoba players and where they play.

 

Of course, this assumes I'm going to have time to play games in any case. :D

I'm guessing you are moving to Winnipeg to attend law school at the University of Manitoba.

 

There is a Games Workshop store located in St. Vital (about 10 minutes depending on traffic) from the University. They have game days geared towards the different GW games. There are also groups located throughout the city that play, though I haven't been in contact with them in awhile.

 

Once you get to Winnipeg, and have time to throw down, shoot me a pm, and we can get together.

I don't know about GW shops elsewhere but the one here isn't open Monday, Tuesday, or before noon any weekday ( i don't know about weekends, sorry).

 

I have a group of about 5 or 6 thay play semi-regularly so PM me when you get here and we'll see what we can do.
