Wicced Posted September 24, 2010 Share Posted September 24, 2010 i love the paintjob and his pose, very good use of the new DP model :) one bit of criticism though. i think the plates of his armour are too black and not blue enough for a Night Lord. looks more like Black Legion to me. nonetheless it's a striking model with a fantastic paint job. Isiah Posted October 8, 2010 Share Posted October 8, 2010 Great looking Night Lords. Not the easiest army to paint, but these are spot on character and colour. Constructive crit: Only thing I'd say is watch the width of your lightning. On the Land Raider and Lord it's scaled perfectly for the models it sits on, on the recent Sorcerer it's looking a bit clumsier and lacks your previous finesse. But really these are stunning. The lightning is nicely done, but I think it's a bit muted on the infantry models. Probably the result of that final blue wash, so it's probably intended. I don't see a lot of Night Lords in my area, so to see such well painted minis is something of as treat.
