I can tell you I am extremely happy with my Iron Hands thus far and we have a long way to go as we are just finishing up Phase I of IV (Or even potentially V finances willing) and even then I intend to employ Dave for many other armies in the future as well. Capt. Kenaz Posted January 13, 2011 Share Posted January 13, 2011 AHHHH, I see where the torso came from; yea, the mix of both GW and FW parts really work well for the theme of this model. And the paint job for the IH marines is a perfect balance. I like how you used yellow as an accent /spot color with all of the wires on the models. The green works well on the plasma coils as well. Where are the hunter killer and grenade launcher bits for the FW Ironclad? They would have been a nice addition, but it's what the customer wants....sooo GIANT back banner it is. The dread banner is a Forge World rhino or Land raider door ? If you want some other bionic, I think there is one or two models from GW for the tyrnaic's ultramarines veterans.
