[Full Metal Racket]

Hi I'm repainting my noise marine army but am hung up on a scheme, most of the army will have sonic blasters and blastmasters.
There's subtle differences in the schemes, although on some of the pics the eyes changed colour in the painter and slaanesh knows what happened with it.
The eyes will be Lime green no matter but what looks the best with the armour ?? Backpack will be a simple mix of the armour colours.

May i suggest the reason for the lack of repply is that there's just too many options, maybe cut it down to just 4 or 5? As in my opinion there are just too many of them.

Thankx I was a lil carried away there and it was very late (5:30am)
I have scaled them down and it's a lot easier if they are side by side too.
(I also needed a day or two not looking at them after that time in the painter) choose one now.

btw there's a problem with the painter, after you have done a certain amount of selected choices you try to alter one other selection and it changes another selection !!!
do the admins know about this fault ????

I'd do a combo of all of them (except the blue) Gold trim here, black trim there, and some pink trim too. Black, pink, and purple plate. And Bolt gun details (ie: cables/hoses, bolters, and blades) with a purple wash. All of this on one model at that. It'll give them a perverted uniform look, but with each one looking different at the same time.

Number five is the best looking in my opinion. I really love the gold trim with the purple shoulder pads.

I didn't know. Besides that's how I paint my ECs'.

If I had to choose I'd go with either 2, 4, or 5. Either one could give you a good Noise Marine look and they'll give you enough colors to make coherent squads. Additionally if you mix up the patterns so you can create/identify different squads.

I have made up my mind, I will be going with #5 for my troops, Lords, Aspiring Champions and Daemons will be uniquely painted.

Although I'm not a fan of any, I'd mix 3 and 6.

I'm doing mine with a purple, pink or black on varying panels with chainmail trim. i've also done the purple by undercoating with bleached bone and using the purple wash. It gives a nice effect of kind of fluctuating colour as well as keeping with the colours associated with Slaanesh and the Noise Marines.

I don't know if that is any help or whether it just confuses you more. If I can, I'll get some pics of them soon but they are still WIP.

I like #1 myself. Keeping the trim the same color unifies the appearance and the gold vents help give it a little bit more color to help focus on the models instead of the see of black and pink.

I like numbers 1 and 5 for EC Marines, they are both well balanced and aesthetically pleasing.
For moise marines I kind of like the ones with blue added, I think it kind of makes them "noisy" - perfect for noise marines

Agreed, I'll do some experimenting with the blue/turquoise and see how it actually looks on a model rather than just going off the pics here.
I also just recently got myself a brand new (as apposed to my 20yr old single action airbrush) double action micro adjustable airbrush.
