This is not my first venture into the realm of chaos (there's a reason I call myself the damned artificer :shifty: ) But this time around my love has fallen for the steel clad siege masters of Pertuabo.
I like their background a lot, and although it might be considered an easy colour scheme I see some great potential in it, and I personally think that the somewhat plain metal colours can be made to look very interesting and offers a great deal of opportunities for different techniques. I am also in love with the whole black/ yellow hazard stripe theme, it looks so great and I think it is a great way to add a very varied form of variety to the otherwise simple and perhaps even dull steel & brass scheme.
enough talking, and on to the pictures, first of is the test model.

The model is painted in vallejo metallics as I find them to be really great, and the steel areas have been washed in vallejo smoke, which I'm new to using but already feel like I'm gonna use a lot. The models head and torso are both green stuff press mould tests, to see if it was possible to get a good result by replicating certain parts in putty, which I believe it is from my results.
Next is my PIP dreadnought, converted from the imperial venerable dreadnought.

Hope you all like it so far, and feel free to leave comments, constructive criticism etc.
