Thanks folks.

Hushrong, of course, a little mystery is always more fun. ;)

I've yet to start painting the cockpit, its removable at the moment but will be fixed in once it's done. :tu:

Nemac, cheers buddy.

The face plate is from Nagash shoulder pad, I trimmed the crest from it.

Thanks for the comments on the base. I was really pleased with it when I painted it. Here's a couple of refresher pics. The banner pole has been removed due to it actually falling off a few months ago.

I use cork pot stands I got from Home Bargains and my last house was right next to the beach so I used sand from there. I usually cut the pot stands in half to give a rougher more natural look. Then just add sand and some scrap bits in random patches.

Here's the Knight base before paint

I've been wanting to build a display board for Armies on Parade. I plan to pick up a cork notice board next time I'm near a Tesco ( they have one that's approx 2" thick so will be great for larger areas.) Hopefully I'll. e able to enter this year. :tu:

I need to find a Home Bargains haha. That's awesome dude, thanks for the speedy reply :). I am planning on getting a 2x2 MDF board from the DIY shop at some point. Armies on Parade is my goal for this year - after First Claw of course. I am very excited to see what you come up with for your display :).

So many comments that I've completely forgotten to reply to. Sorry folks. That's my bad.

I'm gonna tease the Knight interior for a little longer as it's still only sprayed silver at the minute. :(

The metals on the outside of the Knight are pretty much done though. :tu:

You'll just have to wait a little longer though ;)

For now I do have a paint update, forgive the pic as I'm just heading out the door to use the big guy in his first game, it's also actually the first time I've used him as well so no doubt he'll die first turn :D

I'll get some better pics when I'm home from the club. ;)

Ps I've deliberately left his base bare for now. Once he makes a few kills there will be some trophies dotted around :tu:

Aw, mate, I seem to have missed the PIP Knight last time around: Looking sweet! Khârn seems to be coming along swimmingly as well. Funny that we are both dealing with the Eight Captain at the same tim, eh? Great minds and all that ;)

In other news, I definitely second the demand for a closer look at the finished Knight cockpit! :)

Thanks guys, so Khârn didn't claim any skulls apart from a couple of his own Berserkers unfortunately but I did charge him and 5 Berserkers into a unit of 5 Custodes with a Shield capt who kept making his Shield saves :grr:

Still was a really great match the combat lasted for 3 game turns until the Custodes (and Khârn) finished off the Berserkers and turned all their might onto the Chosen one. Game ended and I was defeated 15-14 if my spawn had managed to kill the Vindicator it charged I would have won as I had the Big Game hunter card and the destroy a unit one (I forget its name)

Only managed to remember to take one pic of the entire game and that was my Terminator Champion facing off with my opponents Blood Angel Capt.

It didn't end well for my Champion, although I did manage to wound the Capt

Literally just finished reading The Red Path and if you're a fan of Khârn you NEED to read this. It's given me so many ideas for both my World Eaters and my Black Legion. :tu: Sooooo many new ideas

Haha ok buddy, here's a couple of pics from a couple weeks ago. It's a bit further along now and has a few more details added. I've started painting so will try and update with some newer pics when I get home. Hope these will suffice until then. ;)
