xXDeathCompanyXx Posted December 22, 2011 Share Posted December 22, 2011 Hello everyone, I'm glad to be a member of this awesome 40k forum! I've taken an interest in 40k for a while now and have been sent to this forum and others (e.g Heresy-Online) for a while now after searching about info for all things 40k. Its led me to the decision of becoming a part of these forums and hoping to get help directly from you guys since Google is really screwing me over so far. Anyways, I've been a fan of the Blood Angels and Blood Ravens since watching and searching about Warhammer 40k and have wikied and read their info on Lexicanum to be knowledgeable and not some fanboy. I've liked what I've read and soon after this intro of me I'll be posting sure enough! I live in Alabama in a small county, so my encounters of Tabletop Matches and fellow players of Warhammer 40k are very rare (though I'm not a player yet myself). Being that I'm only 13 I can't exactly up and buy something I want, like a battleforce unfortunately, but since its around Christmas time I'm bound to get money haha, so it won't be long till I'm painting along with all of you out there. Just a piece of advice though, please make your signature image smaller, as it's bigger than the size allowed on the forum :D I'm actually surprised that Olisredan hasn't said hello yet, he's usually the first to do so... along with Zincite (I beat them to it! You might want to check out the Librarium, which could be thought of as B&C's personal Wikipedia. It's currently being upgraded so there's no new articles, but what's already in there has a lot of well-written information on many aspects of the hobby, from painting to background. We do get a little unrestful upon occasion. It's what happens when you put werewolves, vampires, heroes of the highest order, zealous nuts and sad little robed guys in the same room.
