I haven't had a look at the kitbash event yet, I will mooch over and have a look later Jol, but for painting I won't be focusing on these guys for a little bit yet still though I will get back to them at some point. Focus this year is finish off my main Black Legion list which I fairness is getting there now, I am also halfway through a Blood Bowl Chaos team though I have had to miss our club campaign so far and I am also about to begin work on a Necromunda Goliath gang for later in the year. Really enjoyed building him, he is made completely from parts out of my bitz box. Shaven haven will have to do! :D EDIT - sorry, re-read your reply. This pistol/holster is from the BA Tactical kit, not the BaC, no wonder I didn't know what you meant! Midnightmare Posted February 10, 2017 Author Share Posted February 10, 2017 Cheers Bio, I have tried to just keep it simple by emulating Lokens pose, though I dislike the bent right arm, the out stretched one felt more natural - as though he was about to take a swing for his top know once he had unleashed plasma love! Incidentally I went for the plasma pistol as 1) I have loads and 2) it will look more interesting when painted. It is something I could not get my head around originally, the Primaris Fluff, but some of the new marines have really won me over and the prospect of the 9th Edition I have decided to dip my toe in. I have come up with some fluff of a Chapter in turmoil of the Primaris project, something that mirrors my own feelings :D I enjoyed painting this dude immensely, so more soon! Fluff wise I am going to go with the Primaris boys looking down on their first born brethren, especially the Death Co, with disdain. Like I said, I really enjoyed painting this guy so I am planning on getting more done :tu: The next Intercessors for the squad - Nothing special, but a few tweaks to the snap fit dudes. I will be adding some chalice/blood vials here and there to make them look more Blood Angel-y but I do tend to keep the bling toned down, it’s the Flesh Eater way!
