I'm loving the different colours and patterns on the capes and loads of little details all around the place, the only CnC I could add might be to let washes do your work on the skin tones, they look a little flat (they might not be finished so sorry if I've jumped the gun). I'll definitely revisit mine once the effects of Virus Bombing are eradicated from my body (friendly advise: do not try to paint miniatures if you have fever, unless you are into cubism) <_< Your Masters are turning out amazing! Great work on the 10th Master's cape! :D I particularly like your Sammy, that bright blue was a great inspiration, not to mention the Chaplain with the white shoulder pad. Then I can support my fellow frater with their completions. Or, work on my skills do that my painting can match up with some of the others here on the boards. Love them all! My favorite? I'm tempted to say the 10th Master but is in fact the 9th that I like the best! The red stripe on white is a striking combo - and the fact that you continue the theme on the helmet is a nice and subtle touch! Sammy is amazing too! Sooo, are we going to see any other portion of the army? A lot of people (me included) continue with a project immediately after the LPC to further expand their armies now that they are on a winning streak! ^_^ Congratulations once more! Sammael seems to be readying his sword to show the Dark Eldar how to honorably slice off heads. For the fluff-buffs, I didn't know what to do with Sheol. Sammael and Belial got promoted but what of Sheol? I used to think of him as the ever elusive Ironwing commander, but I have settled for the moment in my mind that he had fallen in battle. Thanks to all for the kind words. I have a mixed Unforgiven force so right now it is finishing up the Successors (see first post) and a DoC Whirlwind. I bought a Ravenwing boxed set so bikes are in the future and I'am looking into some dreads and some scouts. The idea is to have two 1500 pt armies, 1 Death-Raven and 1 Green wing, that have representatives from many of the known and lesser known successors. I also would like to get a few more Masters to try making up some of the Inner Circle for the other successors as well. But I do have other projects on the painting desk: 45th Imperial ad hoc regiment Fallen Dark Angels Space Hulk minis and LOTS of LOTR (gotta be ready for the Hobbit) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
