I joined my local GW's Escalation league and this is my list im going to be doing:
HQ:RunePriest

Elite:Tipsy

Troop:10 man GH pack(power fist and flamer)
10 man GH pack(power fist)

Heavy Support:Land Raider Crusader
LF pack (4 ML 1 lascannon)

So the question is this: Can anyone tell what weapon this is going to be?Ale to whoever guesses right.

I know this should be in the WiP or PCA forum but i wanna see if the Fang can guess first,i'll post it there after a couple people get it.This is still very WiP but if i do anymore it will become to obvious (IMO)

if this is actually running from current dex I'd have to suggest either a weird plasma cannon or maybe a twin plasma/lascannon doodah

Wow noone got it.If no-one has guessed right in about 4hrs when i get home for lunch break i'll post up another hint.

@hendrik its a kit bash and those were the closest fit to what i needed.and they can kill, a couple of my guys have been killed by IG lights

Well some of you were close....it is for a Land Raider varient.....



and yes its a game legal weapon.

A friend did point out something that i think will help you...The 2 searchlight bits are to far apart.

hahaha woot, i did need something strong - takes the ale gratefully and raises it to Arez before drinking it down in one go- ^^ i did originally get the feel that it was a beam type weapon just forgot until i read my rule book today that they are intense heat beams rather than balls of fire

are you going to try to make the top shielding more uniform like as in one flat piece or did you want it to be a raised area? that and maybe adding a bit of shielding just down from said piece to give the tank a bit of protection would look good. cant wait to see the final thing.

Yes im going to attempt to make a shield and I'll post up more Wip when i get them done.Im going to try to make it similar to the actual LRC multimelta.
