Well...it's certainly straightforward.
Could be fun to play, except for the movement phase
. It'll also find itself struggling against the usual hazards of Black Tide~ minimal AT, minimal maneuverability, etc.
I'd normally recommend some vehicles, but frankly you'd have to rearrange a lot before it helped: if you had just one or two vehicles, they'd be picked off in a heartbeat, seeing as nothing else would be attracting AT dedicated fire.
So, you have a straightforward, assault oriented, all or nothing, quasi-suicidal army being lead by a super-Chaplain....sounds like Helsreach to me
