Hi Guys

Will be attaching WIP pictures soon but for my own peace of mind and to keep track of this project I decided to set up this as my Black Templar Plog.

So I still have a long ways to go before I am even close to tabletop standard (for me) and yes I do paint from a Silver Primer/undercoat. I do this mainly due to the fact that I cannot see detail when primed in white or black.

Painted Chaos Black (or Abaddon in the new fangled range)
Drybrushed Charadon Granite
Inked Black (Yep still use Black Ink)

White Shoulderpads
Painted Skull White (White Scar)
Second Coat of Skull White

Undercoated Snakebite Leather
Drybrused Bleached Bone
Washed Greystone Sepia
Highlighted Skull White

Red Details
Undercoated Mecharite Red
Washed Red Ink
Highlighted Blood Red

Looks like a good solid start.. I will monitor for progress..keep up the good work and photos.

Cheers for the comment. Hopefully should have the squads a little further along this weekend. Will start on tanks and stuff when I get myself some black primer.

I have also learned not to attach the arms and backpack until the torso is painted. Oh well bit different from Tomb Kings

i'm with Richard, lookin solid @bt85. just a question: any particular reason for the storm bolters? just curious, they look pretty cool.

I found them in the local spruce bucket (we donate our unused bits and spruces at the LGC, the more you donate, the more you can pick out) someone must be setting up a new Grey Knights force in the area, I also got an addional power fist from my rummage. Unfortunately I am still short of one Meltagun so will have to proxy one for a little while.

Ok so made a little bit of progress having spent the last week or so on my Orcs and Goblins but put a bit more work into my templars. I still need to purchase a couple of bits (Meltaguns) but the crusade is looking a bit better
