The Command Squad will be outfitted as: Sgt PF/MB's, 2X PG's, and MM AB. For a total of 285 points. I further vow to complete one Ravenwing Attack Squadron of six bikes, SGT PF/MB's, 2X MG's an Attack Bike w/MM, and a Landspeeder Tornado w/ ASSCannon/HB, for a total of 420 points, from Codex: Dark Angels of total value 770 points on or before August 15. I've made tables to keep track the progress for the BTs and the BAs (they are in the first post of the ETL thread in their respective forums under the rules section) and I'll soon do the same for everybody else...tomorrow. I'm new to all this LPC vow stuff and was about to undertake a massive DA painting project of my own any way, so I felt I should show my support at the same time. How does this all work in terms of state of models before the challenge as I have several models undercoated or basecoated with DA green but nothing else in terms of painting. Provided the minis are in very early stage of painting it's fine. A word of advice: If you have tons of stuff to paint, pledge them gradually in smaller segments. Keep in mind that in this Challenge you may make another vow after you complete the first one. That way if you feel you run out of steam you might call it and still have a positive contribution. EDIT: 1) Are you re-painting the LR? Like completely? If that's the case full points there. 2) For the Termies you have 1 done, one half done and the rest are in early stages... I say each termie is 20% of the squad so you get 20% off for the complete one, 10% off for the half done one and full points for the rest. So work out the value of the squad and subtract 30% 3) The Int. Chaplain look pretty advanced (and pretty cool!) to me so 40% off? Now you need to post your vow in the proper format and adjust the point values for the penalties above. Let me know if you are OK with this.
